2022

Operation Tolosa: DCJ Legal is representing witnesses in Operation Tolosa – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations concerning the City of Canada Bay Mayor and others. The public inquiry commenced on 26 April 2022 and is ongoing.

Operation Galley: DCJ Legal is representing witnesses in Operation Galley – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations concerning former Georges River Council/Hurstville City Council Councillors and others. The public inquiry commences on 14 June 2022.

2021

Operation Paragon: DCJ Legal is representing witnesses in Operation Paragon – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations against employees of Roads and Maritime Services. The public inquiry commenced on 11 May 2021 and has been adjourned.

Operation Witney: DCJ Legal is representing witnesses in Operation Witney – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations against the NSW State Member for Drummoyne concerning improper influence and breach of public trust. The public inquiry commenced on 29 March 2021 and has been adjourned.

2020

Operation Keppel: DCJ Legal is representing witnesses in Operation Keppel – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations against the former NSW MP for Wagga Wagga concerning breach of public trust to improperly gain a benefit. The public inquiry commenced on 21 September 2020 and has been adjourned.

2018

Operation Skyline: DCJ Legal is representing witnesses in Operation Skyline – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations concerning directors of the Board of the Awabakal Local Aboriginal Land Council. The public hearing was held in November 2019 and the ICAC is yet to publish its final report.

Operation Ember: DCJ Legal represented witnesses in Operation Ember – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations against employees of Roads and Maritime Services. The public hearing was held from May - October 2019 and the ICAC published its final report in May 2022.

Operation Aero: DCJ Legal represented witnesses in Operation Aero – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations concerning Australian Labor Party NSW branch officials, Chinese Friends of Labor and others. The public hearing was held from August – December 2019 and the ICAC published its final report in February 2022.

2021

Operation Mistral: DCJ Legal represented witnesses in Operation Mistral – an investigation by the ICAC into the conduct of a Service NSW officer. The ICAC published its final report in May 2021.

Operation Dasha: DCJ Legal represented witnesses in Operation Dasha – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations concerning former Canterbury City Council councillors and other public officials. The public hearing was held from April 2018 - May 2019 and the ICAC published its final report in March 2021.

2020

Operation Gerda: DCJ Legal represented witnesses in Operation Gerda – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations against contract security suppliers of the University of Sydney. The public hearing was held in February 2019 and the ICAC published its final report in May 2020.

Operation Cygnet: DCJ Legal represented witnesses in Operation Cygnet – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations concerning a headlease coordinator employed by the then NSW Department of Family and Community Services. The ICAC published its final report in August 2020.

2019

Operation Estry: DCJ Legal represented witnesses in Operation Estry – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations concerning Corrective Services NSW officers dishonestly exercising official functions in relation to an assault of a prisoner at Lithgow Correctional Centre. The public inquiry was held from May – June 2018 and the ICAC published its final report in June 2019.

2018

Operation Tarlo: DCJ Legal represented witnesses in Operation Tarlo – an investigation by the ICAC into allegations concerning the former CEO of the Immigrant Women's Health Service and the Non-English Speaking Housing Women's Scheme Inc. The public inquiry was held from May – July 2017 and the ICAC published its final report in September 2018.
