Legal Representation
The Department of Communities and Justice, Legal (DCJ Legal) can provide legal advice and representation to people in their dealings with the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) and the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
DCJ Legal can provide legal services if you have been requested by the LECC or the ICAC to attend an interview, or if you have been served with a:
- notice to provide a statement of information; or a
- notice to provide documents or other things; or a
- summons to appear and give evidence.
DCJ Legal can also provide legal representation at Royal and Special Commissions of Inquiry as directed by the Attorney General.
